I took my vehicle to International Auto Specialist for the first time. First, let me say that I know very little about cars and even less about a Mercedes Benz because; I had always owned a Honda. None-the-less, the staff was super polite! The customer service was an actual person! Not AI! and they were kind! I received a detailed link discussing my vehicle's issues and the lady on the phone went through each item via explaining the cost to include taxes, labor, and gave me some knowledge about a Mercedes Benz- very transparent and honest! Can't blame folks for not wanting work weekends! Fantastic quality of work! And the customer service was A+! I will be going back for more work on my vehicle! Keep up the transparent & quality work!

Bought a used German car and not wanting to take it to the dealer for service, I chose International based on proximity to FBurg as well as recommendations. They are fantastic. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. The clean and well-stocked waiting room (snacks, coffee, drinks) made the time pass easily while I waited. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even pointing out something I had completely missed. Will absolutely rely on them going forward, and so hapy to have found a trustworthy repair shop!
