they came to do floors in a rental we were moving out of, very upset to come back to move stuff to see our basement cupboards had been ransacked, and stuff was relocated to main floor. Then realized our garage as well! stole few different things. It was reported the stuff was returned to us and we were told workers were terminate. BUT still was a very very unpleasant situation to have delt with. Cant trust ppl sometimes. oh and to top it the workers didnt even do the floors in that call they just ransacked basement and garage and left said they couldn’t clean.

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Intek. We requested vent and carpet cleaning on the main level of our home. After we moved all furniture to facilitate their job they called to say they weren’t coming. We insisted that we had furniture piled up throughout our home and needed them to come and complete the job. The technicians arrived with dried mud caked on their boots and didn’t remove them or wear protective booties. When we questioned this we were told “don’t worry about it, we’ll clean up when we’re finished”. Since they were cleaning the vents they proceeded to dirty the flooring in our home even in areas wher...This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Intek. When they sprayed chemicals they damaged leather items that couldn’t be cleaned. The carpet cleaning was marginal at best. It took us more hours to clean up after they left than it took them to do the work we contracted. We also had to wash areas on the walls because they left dirty handprints on them. When we called the office to complain we were told the technicians were no longer working there. This seems to be a pattern in that office. There are other carpet cleaning businesses in the area. My advice would be to stay away from Intek.
