If you’re thinking about hiring Juan from Integrity Hardwood Floors, let me save you the trouble: don’t. The name “Integrity” is the biggest irony here, because what he delivered was the exact opposite. Since September 2024, I’ve been left with shiny, damaged, and mismatched boards, glue residue, gaps, and transitions that were never done correctly. All of the red oak 3/4 inch floors needed to be resurfaced as we were re-configuring the kitchen area, replacing carpet with wood in another, and correcting an area in a hallway. John from Integrity worked with me on a step wise process that allowed all the demo, repair and finishing work to get complete as we worked on the kitchen remodel. also worked to do a custom color stain and used a finish that was low VOC and non-combustible. I was impressed with all the effort and craftsmanship that went into the work and he exceeded my expectations on the outcome.

John Sanford, owner of Integrity Hardwood LLC is the finest flooring person I have ever encountered. John is honest, extremely fair in his pricing and incredibly knowledgeable. We contacted two other hardwood providers who indicated they couldn't guarantee they could refinish our maple floors without them appearing blotchy. John uses the finest European products and the job came out fantastic. Five years later, after getting a 100-pound Golden Retriever, the finish on the floors started to show scratches. John hand-scraped the floors and re-stained them with an oil coat. 18-months later they look FANTASTIC, no visible scratches.

John Sanford is an expert in his craft. He recently completed a refinish job for us… he sanded, stained and refinished our red oak floors in our main living area, and the experience was everything we had hoped for and more. Our floors are now beautiful!! He scheduled us a couple months in advance (our preference), and the schedule went off without a hitch, which was a relief since we had to hire movers on both ends and move out of the house due to the Glitsa Swedish finish we requested. Our wood floors turned out beautifully in our newly constructed home.John Sandford's work is first class. We were not living locally when the floor went in, we had to trust that all would turn out well. It sure did. Our builder superintendant was very pleased with John's reliability and craftsmanship and said he'd use INTEGRITY FLOORS in the future.
