IFCCNE is my go-to for carpet cleaning. Dan does an excellent job, uses green solutions so that there aren't any toxins left in the carpet, and the carpets are left soft and clean. We have him do our carpets every couple of years thanks to kids and pets. He knows his stuff, ensures there is a proper pH balance between the cleaning solution and the rinse, and explains his process very well.

He even left us some product for free in case the pup doesn't make it outside again. On cleaning day he was fast but thorough, and was very careful with our home. I was interested in the process and Dan very kindly showed me his kit and explained the process in detail. At the end the carpet was soft and uniformly clean! We had one really tough spot and he swung by the next day to make sure it wasn't coming back. Dan really cares about the quality of his work. He isn't going to leave until you're 100% satisfied. Everything you would expect from a veteran owned business. You aren't getting a crew who just want to get the job done and leave, you're getting the boss!
