I couldn’t be happier with the job Integrity did. Everyone was so skilled and competent. Especially Anthony and Nick who were perfectionists and gave us this beautiful fireplace surround. Such a pleasure to have them working in our home.
Integrity Chimney is by far the BEST! The company is very professional and very thorough, which quite frankly isn't always the case in this industry. The tech, Hunter M. did the first review of the job and returned to do the installation. He was professional, courteous, efficient and skilled. I went on their website at 4 a.m. requesting to schedule an appointment as our propane fireplace wasn't burning properly. As soon as they opened at 8 a.m. I received a text response from the office and they had a tech at our home by 9:45! The technician's name was Michael Jackson and we could not have been more pleased with his service, professionalism and knowledge! He was very personable, took the time to listen to our concerns and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his dedication to his craft and for our safety! We highly recommend this company and Michael in particular! We w... I contacted Integrity Chimney Service about a large amount of creosote quickly building up around the cap of my chimney, which had me very concerned. The service person they sent was Michael Jackson who was absolutely excellent. He was able to quickly identify evidence of a recent chimney fire (One that fortunately didn't grow!). When the chimney cleaning and inspection process ended up being more involved then expected, Michael was very thorough and professional, not rushing, all the while making sure to explain issues to me as he found them. He clearly explained any reccomend fixes that need to be made and why. As for the cleaning and in...
