Would not recommend this place for an iPhone screen issue. My iPhone screen wasn’t working even though the phone was and they told me they could fix it. Upon getting my phone back, I noticed the touch screen wasn’t working the way it should so brought it back in the next day. The guy replaced the screen with another one but it didn’t fix the issue. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. I paid $130 for a new screen that didn’t work.
Terrible service quality. I got an iPad screen replaced and after one week it developed a straight line in the display. The technician would not replace it. I’ve used other places to fix iPads and iPhones and this was the worst. Poor quality parts and craftsmanship.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Instyle Fix, both through calls and emails, my concerns were not addressed. This led me to file a dispute with my credit card company. In response, Instyle Fix chose to pursue an arbitration claim instead of engaging with me to resolve the issue. This situation forced me to purchase a new device, which was an unexpected and frustrating...
