We are thrilled with our new deck! Communication throughout the process was excellent, the crew was polite and professional. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Instant New Homes Inc. We just finished a 750-square-foot addition, and the whole experience was incredible. Adding that much space to your house is a huge undertaking and can be pretty stressful, but the team made it feel easy. Their work is just impeccable—you can tell they really pride themselves on the details. They didn't cut any corners, and the new space flows so naturally with the rest of our home that you’d never know it wasn't there to begin with. Beyond just the building part, they were actually a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of our space, kept things neat, and always... Instant New Homes did a great with my remodeling project. They were very much on time and do quality work. Very dependable and honest company with great workmanship. I would most definitely hire them again for future projects. I reccomend the company 100%.
