Was wondering where I could get my vlog camera fixed.. it was missing a screw. I was referred to Inspector Gizmo and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes! He definitely looked out for me.That’s hard to come across these days. Great customer service!
Finally!! A straight forward & trustworthy store!! 😃 Come here for sure! I had three phones that needed repaired. I previously got one partial repair done at a different store that left me very uneasy feeling like bait and switch and I decided to just live with the other ones the way they were because I was frustrated. At the point I really needed them fixed... I read the reviews of Inspector Gizmo store given the high rating and I noticed the reviews were all sooo individual & genuine and so real! People left genuinely happy and satisfied reviews. So I went in and asked about pricing and showed him my phone. He had some parts in stock... Finally!! Great family shop! Found them on Google, came in bc the reviews were great, figured I’d at least check it out. They were fantastic! Reviews are spot on. Repair done in 30 mins on a cracked cell phone screen. Lots of other trinkets and things in the store. Definitely will use again! Thanks guys!
I'm from out of town, and of course my Ipad went rogue. I tried ALL the things google told me to. Nothing worked. I found Austin when I did a search. 5 stars. So I gave him a call and took the offending piece of technology in for a look see. He did everything he could think of. He did something right as my Ipad came back to life. I am so grateful and give Austin and his shop 5 stars. He was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. If you have any problems with you electronics, he's your guy! Thank you again Austin!
