After our hail damage, Wilson snail-mailed me his card. When I called him to come out, he wrapped my blown out skylights, no charge. He was always on the job to get my 24 solar panels removed, replace the roofing and skylights, have the solar panels reinstalled, and work with my insurance company. Infinity is lucky to have him, as he is an excellent project manager.
Infinity roofing came out to our home when our skylight was damaged. They came at 7:30 pm in 15 degree weather. They were great and gave us a great repair until we could get our entire roof replaced. They were here early, worked all day. Our new roof was wonderful. I would recommend Infinity Roofing and Wilson Hoffman their respective was so knowledgeable they are great company
We had our roof replaced in July. It has been a fiasco. We scheduled a date for the replacement and a date for the removal of our solar panels. The replacement date was changed and we were without our solar panels for nearly two months. I've had complaints with the roof installation quality, our front yard was covered with a tarp for days resulting in killing the grass, the driveway had more than 30 nails, I collected dozens of water bottle lids from my yard, and the list goes on and on. The most frustrating part of all is the lack of communication. This has been a thorn in my side for 8 months and still haven't wrapped up. Would not r... We had our roof replaced in July.
