Indy Steamers did a Wonderful job cleaning my carpets. And did not turn down my request to clean six cloth dining room style chairs. They were on time, thorough and courteous. Thank you for a job well done. I will definitely use your services again and refer you to my friends Ann’s coworkers.

Of the companies I called, Indy Steamers offered the best price. They did not come on the original appointment day, and it took several calls and texts to get an answer and reschedule. But when I spoke with John, he made it happen! They were out the next day! Damon, the technician, was very nice and did a good job. I hope it takes care of the issue. (My cats thought the carpet was their litter box.) Fingers crossed!

I had a very good experience today. Damon arrived within the estimated timeframe and was quick and thorough. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend working with him. Side Note about the company: The price they quote you on the phone, even with dimensions, isn't necessarily the end price until they see the actual couch. Almost all cleaning companies I talked to do this but I wanted to share the heads up.

The gentlemen that came to our home were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job and explained the whole process. They left no mess. We are Very pleased with our service and the crew needs a raise. Exceptional service. We will definitely use again.
