Indy Rooftops’ workmanship and Carl’s customer service was excellent from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them.

Dan Mackesey and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. Dan was extremely well versed regarding the insurance/adjuster process. Dan worked with us to be able to replace the entire roof, even though our insurance company only paid for half of the roof. On the day of the installation, Dan’s crew showed up bright and early to get started. The crew worked efficiently to complete our roof to our satisfaction by the end of the day. The crew took time to clean up the debris and make sure everything was just as it was when they arrived. They also moved porch furniture back into the porch. You could not tell they had been here. That evening, a young man came to take the trailer away that contained our old shingles. When I went out to say Hi to him, he was searching around the trailer to do a second check for nails. He also did a second scan of the yard, to make sure no debris remained. He said, in addition to hauling off the old shingles, it was his job to make sure no debris remained. I would highly recommend Indy Rooftops, if you need a roof.

I had a possible roof leak and got quotes from 3 area roofing businesses. All but Indy Rooftops wanted to charge me thousands for a new roof. Indy Rooftops was the last to look at my roof and the technician, who was very nice, friendly and informative, made a couple of quick adjustments at no charge and saved me thousands! I cant recommend them highly enough! Honest and local business you can rely on not to take advantage of their customers. They will be my first call for any roof needs in the future!

Dan did some work for us. He responded promptly and was very professional and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and explained things extremely well. I would definitely call them in the future if another issue arises. Great experience. Highly recommend.

My roof was over 25 years old and needed replacement for a few reasons to include leaking around the chimney fascia. I called a few companies based on local reviews. I chose Indy Rooftops because they were quick to respond, did a very thorough appraisal of the roof, venting, chimney issues, and offered a fair price and a good product for the price agreed upon. Carl S. was my main point of contact and he was friendly, no nonsense and a great communicator. He ran the job well and stayed with the hardworking, talented crew who did the install and made sure all the trouble spots they identified during the evaluation got done correctly and to their high standards. I work in the dental field, and observe and obsess over details every day, all day. I was impressed with their attention to the work from start to finish. My grandpa always said a good set of tires on your car and a leak proof roof on your house keeps you out of trouble. I'm not sure how many roof jobs a guy can have in a lifetime, but they will be my first call next time it's needed. Thanks IRTops!

My roof had problems when I bought the house and we got through the winter by tarping it. I called Indy Rooftops and Carl showed up the next day to give me an estimate for the roof on my house. He swooped in and rescued my house with a crew of awesome guys that got the roof done in a single afternoon. Can’t thank him, the crew, and Indy Rooftops enough for the great work they did. My roof looks great, all the mess was cleaned up and Carl was always in communication on the status of when the project could start, what was going on and when it was getting done. Very nice guy, top notch service, and extremely helpful in assisting me with the choices I needed to make. I just hope he is still around in 20 years when it’s time for another roof!

Craig and Dan came out to my house within an hour or so of me calling, after a big storm last night to repair my gutters. Very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. Prices are extremely fair! Highly recommend

I've worked with this company two different times, once for myself and once for my mom, and both times they have been wonderful! They're extremely communicative, transparent, timely, and are 100% willing to go to bat for you with your insurance company, which I greatly appreciate. I most recently worked with Zack, and am also super appreciative of the company's honesty as a whole. Zack did a roof inspection and didn't remotely try to upsell me with repairs that I don't need. He was on time and communicative to my appointment, and was out the same week that I first inquired about an inspection. When I do finally need major repairs done, I would absolutely trust this company.
