They were pleasent to work with, respectful of our property, and did their work with minimal disruption to our daily activities. When a new situation arose, they took care of it immediately. Daniel Ralston was transparent, kind, helpful, and quick to respond to all questions, throughout the process of pricing and bidding on a new slate roof for our historic home. He is a true gentleman; and Indy Roof & Restoration seems to be a really wonderful company! In the end, we ended up choosing a different solution (we wanted traditional slate versus SlateTec), but I would highly recommend that everybody should feel comfortable to reach out to Daniel and seek an estimate when you need repairs or installations on a roof. Highly recommended!

Bryan was excellent! Thoroughly explained the process and what he was going to do during the inspection. He gave a full run down once he was done didn't pressure me into making a decision right there on anything that he recommended be fixed or given small maintenance.
