Set up repair of freezer and fridge neither working. Tech came in while I was at work told wife it just needed cleaning charged 130$ still doesn’t work.
The best service company we have ever utilized in our 22 years of living in our home. Their prices regarding parts and labor are very fair; and service call fees are as well. David is an excellent service tech. He gives an honest opinion if not to proceed with a repair, which we greatly appreciated when we placed a service call in March that included a diagnostic eval. on our dishwasher.
This company deserves a big fat zero. My ice maker went out and Eric came out and said I needed a new ice maker. I asked about fixing this one , he said they don’t make parts for the new ice makers. So it was $380 for a new one. He put it in and guess what it didn’t work. He came back and said oh it needs this part I ask so I didn’t need a new ice maker, he reply was I can’t say that . So we scheduled for him to come back 2 weeks with the new part. He was suppose to hear between 10 and 1 .at 4 he finally got here. This is most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. My advice stay away from this company. The guy that came back told me if it doesn’t work there is nothing else he can do he was a real jerk,and has a fowl mouth. Guess what my ice maker still doesn’t work. I’m calling the BBB.
This is a terrible company to do business with!!!! Absolutely no communication…. Had them come out to look at a washer that was leaking last September . They came out diagnosed the dispenser needed replaced. Came back and installed part early October. We had to leave about three days later to winter down south advised both technician and office receptionist of the same.. The new part didn’t leak, but also didn’t dispense softener. Called and advised they we were leaving and needed this corrected. They advised will send same technician out. I was then texted and emailed time & date…. No hoe.. no call… I called the tech, he advised was very bu... This is a terrible company to do business with!!!! Absolutely no communication…. On two occasions after waiting all day for my 10 to 2 arrival window, I got a text around 4 saying I’d be over in about 40 minutes. Of course I cleared my whole day for them , and made my plans for late afternoon…. So I could not be available…. This went on through December. We went back down south for the remainder of our trip. Came back in April, spoke to the receptionist again . I had to explain the whole process again… she promised this would be handled and set another appointment. Again, no call no show!!! I ended up just purchasing a new washer …. 371.00 to this company that jerked me around for several months not once contacting me to see if everything was taken care of or if the problem had been resolved. Do not use this company…….i have all the texts, emails, and receipts. Wow, have we really come to this! Phil
I had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Indy Appliance Xperts. I scheduled a phone appointment on Tuesday for the following day and received an automated text confirming a service window of 11–3. Wednesday came and I sat around all day waiting, only to later discover the text actually listed the appointment for Thursday. So I took a second day off work to be there. On Thursday, I finally received a message saying the technician was 15 minutes away. I live two minutes from the property and even watched the GPS tracker as the arrival time kept getting pushed back by 10, then 15, then 20 minutes. I called the office and was told thei... I had an unbelievably frustrating experience with Indy Appliance Xperts. On Thursday, I finally received a message saying the technician was 15 minutes away. I called the office and was told their GPS tracker “doesn’t work” and that the tech would be there within 10 minutes. Immediately after hanging up, I received an “experience” survey text — and then found out the technician had canceled my appointment right after I got off the phone with the office. They refused to come back out and told me I would need to take a third day off work and wait for another appointment. Two wasted days, terrible communication, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
