Indiana Tee Vee fixed my Sony flat panel TV and I couldn’t be happier. I was in love with my TV but the backlight went out. They gave me the options of repair or replacement and was very honest with what to expect. Would absolutely use them again!

Called and asked about a single resistor, arrived there in 5 min, he almost immediately found what I was looking for, prepped it and I was on my way. $2 part saved me over $1000 in a dealership repair. Highly recommend and I appreciate your customer service and most importantly your knowledge good sir! Thank you!

I called this gentleman and asked him if he could fix old record players and reel to reel players. He assured me that he absolutely could fix them.
When I dropped them off he insisted on being paid $150 each in advance, that should have been my red flag. I paid him $300 plus $15 fee for using a credit card and explained to him what I knew to be the issues with each machine.
The record player was not running at speed and was not indexing correctly when it changed records.
The reel to reel player needed a new drive belt.
I wanted both items cleaned and lubricated internally.

He called me a day or so later to tell me the record player was ready, but the reel to reel was not good because it needs a new transformer. He also told me it does not use a drive belt as it is direct drive. I told him I know for a fact it uses a drive belt and I have watched a video about how to change it.
I did some searching online and found the belt and a transformer. I called him and asked him if he would fix the reel to reel if I brought him the parts, he said no. He declined to work on it.
I went to retrieve the machines. I asked him if he had tested the record player to make sure it works properly, he said yes. I convinced him to return $100 of my $157.50 deposit for the reel to reel, after a short discussion.
Once I got the record player home, I hooked it up and put a record on it. It is still doing exactly the same things it did before I took it to him. I opened it and looked, he had cleaned it and oiled it, but he had not found or addressed the problems. I called him, he insists he played a record on it and it was fine. He can't understand why it suddenly doesn't work right again.
Long story short, he might be a good TV repairman, but he has no clue about how to work on mechanical machines like record players and reel to reel players. It cost me $215 to learn this, I am passing it along to you for free.
