I had such a great experience here! I came in to get my bracelet extended because it was too short, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They fixed it so quickly and did a perfect job — it fits beautifully now. Truly amazing service and craftsmanship. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Amazing service and professionalism! Staff is very friendly! Was able to get my battery replaced for my Bulova watch within 5mins and they set all the times accurately! Will be coming back for all future watch services. Highly recommended!
