It’s been over a year now since my home was set and complete and I’m overdue in writing to say how pleased I am with both the product and the people who made this home happen. While no construction project is easy or without its challenges, I have to say that I’m very pleased and proud of the result. This is in large part to Butch Mullinix who represented Impresa and walked me through the entire process, giving advice and assistance beyond what his role required. As I sat through the bands of rain and wind from Hurricane Helene high on a hill in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, I didn't lose a shingle, have a leak, no sheetrock cracking from the e...It’s been over a year now since my home was set and complete and I’m overdue in writing to say how pleased I am with both the product and the people who made this home happen. The best part of the experience was working with Sara Britt. She is down to earth (plus she is a Vet) and worked very hard for us. The trip we took to the factory was very informative, once we were able to see how the houses are built we new we were making the right decision. There was a delay in taking delivery of the house and Sara was key in keeping the deal intact, I would recommend her to any of our friends and family with out hesitation.
