Import Automotive Specialist

I took my vehicle in to have it diagnosed. I was told it needed a new master cylinder. I paid $600+. When I picked it up it was doing the exact same thing it was doing before the master cylinder was replaced. I took it back for it to sit a week with no correspondence. Friday I call to see what was being done and the tech had gone home. No one called to let me know what was wrong or if they couldn't fix it. I feel like they took advantage of me. I don't like writing bad reviews but ladies I would be careful taking your vehicle here.

I had a great experience with this shop. Knowledgeable mechanic. Believes in doing the job right the first time and no shortcuts. I will return again in the future to have work done on my vehicle

My car sat there for a month without even being looked at. I contacted them twice within that time. I finally just had to go pick it up and bring it to someone that has time to at least diagnose.

Timely work done within a few days on my 2013 bmw 328i. Bill & Peyton are great guys. I would highly recommend.

Replaced brake pads on 4 tires and charged $190. I had bought the brake pads. I figure the job for a mechanics shop took an hour to hour and a half max. He charged 2 hours labor at $95/ hr. Highway robbery. Would never recommend them.
