Impact Computers

I do not usually write reviews, but I was so impressed by this shop that I feel like I owe it to them. I was at the University of Florida for four years and had numerous computer issues during that time. Every time I went to Impact Computers, and every time I was blown away by their honesty, fairness, friendliness, and kindness. I remember one time I broke my laptop screen, and I left it with them for a few days to price out a replacement. They easily could have made several hundred dollars fixing it, but instead the gentlemen recommended I purchase a new laptop as they thought it was not worth investing the money in an older machine. AMAZING shop. I brought my laptop in after breaking off 2 keys in a fit of rage. I tried to push them back into place, but failed. They immediately assessed them and finagled them back into place in a matter of minutes, explaining the process to me. Took 5 minutes and no charge! Even better: I brought my 2 young daughters with me. They ran circles around the place. Instead of admonishing looks form the staff, they were kind and introduced the girls to Sonny, the shop dog. I will never go anywhere else.

I had problems getting my custom gaming PC to start up. Luckily, they were able to get the issue fixed in less than a day and even helped me install the OS. It's been 3 weeks and my computer is running great!
