We were having issues with our automatic gate. After reaching out to multiple companies and getting the runaround, I found Illinois Gate Solutions. I called and spoke to Bill and immediately felt a lot more comfortable than I did speaking to any of the other companies. Bill answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we were looking for in a new operator along with the security functions we wanted. From the moment I called until the date the new operator was installed, was actually quicker than it took some of the other companies just to provide a quote. There are very few companies in the industry who care about their customers beyond just words. Illinois Gate Solutions is one of those companies.
