A great experience with Illinois fence. And the crew that removed my old fence were completely professional. They absolutely did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. I'm very pleased with this company and recommend them to all. Give them a call they're awesome

We checked with several vendors regarding putting up a fence. Our neighbors recommended Illinois Fence and we reached out and spoke with Carmen. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He guided us through all steps and the fence looks amazing.

Worst customer service ever. Reached out to the company to order a replacement gate. They don’t answer call but rather texted me. Texted back and forth for a few days while “they look into it”. When I told them I only needed gate no installing she gave me price and said I’d need to pay before hand which is understandable. Asked when would it be available for pickup she said she’d check an never got back to me. I reach out couple more times sent my husband in person. And nothing but the runaround. If they don’t want to sell items without labor then they should have said that instead of giving us the runaround.

Install of new aluminum fence went seamlessly with hard working team putting up over 400 feet of fence in one day! Great customer service with Carmen, awesome communication with the rest of the team regarding permitting, scheduling and install dates. We have a beautiful fence now!

Illinois Fence is a great company to deal with. Communication & customer service was top notch. They did a great job installing our new fence. Fence looks fantastic. Very reasonable pricing. Less than we had anticipated. Highly recommended

I will say they did a good job but left the fence undone. Then said they would be back the next day. Never showed up we back up to a major road and we couldn't let our dogs out or kids play in the back yard. No communication. Rude person on the phone I give 3 stars because of the quality of the product. But zero stars for the execution. My wife took a day off work to be home for them to never show. Now I need to eat into my family time for them to arrive late into the day.... no sir. Update: we are now 6 months in and my fence is falling appart. Sean worked with me in finding the perfect product for my yard. The installers were great & the final project looks amazing. Will definitely recommend Peerless in West Chicago. Great process from the time we visited showroom to install.
