Went in today and had questions about being able to fix my screen. Only offers aftermarket screens to which I told him other places said they do not last and are only good for trade in. He assured me it would last and he’s been in the business for ten years. Here we are only 3 hrs later the phone screen does not work… he also said due to the damage on the back of the phone if the mother board was damaged he would not fix the screen. He fixed the screen and when i attempted to use the phone the damage to the motherboard made the phone virtually unusable, so he replaced the screen anyways and still charged me. Abdul provided excellent customer service. When I first brought my phone in to the store for a repair on the camera, he discovered another issue with my phone. He gave me a very fair and reasonable price to repair the camera and the additional part. He even called me when the part came in so that I could bring the phone back in. He helped me pick out a very pretty phone case, and gave me a discount on the case and screen protector. I highly recommend Abdul for any repairs needed on your phone. I broke my Apple Watch, a couple months back, on the tile floor. The whole screen cracked and I took it to ITalk and Repairs to see if I could have gotten the screen fixed.
Let’s just say I should’ve just taken it to Apple and got the screen fixed there.
In terms of seeing the progress of repair of my Apple Watch, there was absolutely no communication. There was no way to find out when the new screen came in, when to drop the watch off, or when the watch was finished/repaired. I had to call them directly to get those updates. When I received the Watch it looked perfect. It made my day (other than the small scratch marks I saw at the bottom...I broke my Apple Watch, a couple months back, on the tile floor. However, when I got back home, I realized closely that one side of the screen was lifted from the watch. It didn’t look like it was glued properly. Overall, the hospitality is nice, though the quality of the repair sucked, as well as the communication (before I forget, they almost lost my Apple Watch bands for my wrist. When I came in, the watch was ready but the bands were lost in the disarray). Also before the repair even took place, Noorani kept urging me to write a nice review. I held back and waited until I saw the results and that’s why I give it three stars.
