I had an amazing experience at I Fix on Wheels in Cambridge. The owner is one of the most polite and honest people I’ve met in this business. I went in ready to spend more money changing my iPhone battery, but he actually advised me not to because it wasn’t necessary. His honesty truly impressed me. I also took my daughter’s laptop for repair, and instead of charging me a huge fee, he gave me a big discount and even told me that buying a new laptop would be cheaper than fixing the old one. My phone’s charger tip broke off inside the charging port. The owner of iFixOnWheelz was extremely experienced and very polite. Even though it seemed like the charging port might need to be replaced, he used his skill and expertise to fix it without replacing any parts. These devices tend to have similar issues periodically, so it’s great to finally have a place I can trust. I will definitely come back here with peace of mind.
