I brought my iMac in 4 months ago to get a hard drive replaced. 4 months later, and I still don't have my iMac back. Have talked to them 6 times, and they keep giving me the runaround. Next thing you know, they are out of business, I think. Have been to their store a dozen times and they are never open during business hours. Not sure what happened. I called Nick over there to try to get my computer out of there, and he will not return my call. Not sure what is up with this place. I just want my iMac with or without a new hard drive.
