I needed a battery replacement asap. I came in and Will helped me with my iPhone 13. Super friendly and fast service. Fixed it next day and price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend Will here in Arcadia. 🙏🏼
Will was very helpful and understanding. I brought in my IPhone 13 Pro Max for a back screen repair. Will was able to fix the phone the same day, took some time but he communicated. During the process of fixing the back screen the on button stopped working. He said that he will fix it for no charge. I originally wrote this review when I finally picked up the phone after the button was fixed. One hour after I noticed the screen was starting to delaminate (which it wasn’t doing prior). So I went back to this location for the 5th time to have him fix this issue now that he created. Will took the phone to the back and attempted to fix it but ins... By this point I was fed up and he had no other options and was saying now “the phone is bent”. So he created 2 issues that I didn’t have prior to taking my phone here. I originally put 4 stars and after this I changed it to 1. I will not be coming back due to the fact that the worker did not know what he was doing. On top of that be prepared to be pressured into writing a review in front of him. When I first initially picked up the phone he asked me to write a review which I was totally okay with and respect the hustle. Then he proceeded to say “I’ll write the 5 star review”. So again be prepared to be pressured into writing a review right in front of him.
Will is really great!! So very helpful. Fix my daughters phone pretty guickly. Very patient and explains things clearly for me to understand. Again will did a great job!! Super happy!
iFixForU Arcadia is a great place for fast and quality phone repairs. I have repaired a few phones there. They are always professional, friendly and helpful. And their service is fast and reliable. I recently replaced the LCD screen on an iPhone. If I went to an Apple store, I would need to wait for 3 weeks. And Apple might not offer the service to change the LCD screen. Will and Andy have helped me. They are awesome. Highly recommend this great repair shop!
Great experience. I had an IPhone that needed a new screen. I went in when they opened and was helped by Will. Excellent customer service. He was pleasant and fixed the screen in about 15 minutes. My suggestion with a business like this is get there early when their phone isn’t ringing off the hook. I would definitely recommend.
