Brought my newly iPad here to get the glass fix and the charger area. He did a good job replacing the glass. But he called me and said that the battery won’t work and I told him it’s a new iPad was gifted to me by my hubby and it’s only a year old and he replaced it anyway when I told him to just put the old battery back and he said it’s okay just come get it. And he did charge it before I picked it up so my kids played with it and at night I tried to charge it with my iPhone charger and it won’t charge so I went to bed w/out charging it . This place is fast but I wouldn’t spend my money again here because they’re scammers

We stopped by to have a battery replaced on our Samsung Galaxy S22 phone. We didn't realize this store is located inside the Walmart so wanted to point this out in the review. A lot of bad reviews seem very unwarranted they mention cash instead of card to help with sales tax same as several locations around Utah have as well and had me taken care of in 20 minutes and was cheaper than several brick and mortar stores who also offer third party screens worker wasn’t rude just focused on his work which I appreciate more and anything else but was also very kind on top of that. not every company has stock in every device calling ahead can verify and is very helpful. love the new screen and otter box couldn’t have found better help!
