Pretty unimpressed.... customer service was really bad due to the fact that there was only one person and no communication with customers as they walking in or out, the store looks messy like if they were going out of business, there’s merchandise everywhere even the floor as you can see in the picture.
I wouldn’t want to leave anything to get repaired here if I were you

TLDR; TERRIBLE cheap parts, poor management, awful quality of work.
Absolute worst experience with a repair shop ever. The phone would randomly ghost after the first 3 days of having it and after bringing it back, because it wouldn't do it front of them for 3 minutes they wouldn't repair the BOTCHED job they did. Had to go to their Walmart location to get the back glass replaced, which after 2-3 weeks it cracked after just barely sitting in my pocket WITH a case on and not having have dropped once (the day it happened also was the worst day with the ghosting so all in all their parts didn't even last 1-2 months)

To top it all off, when I went to get the back replaced, they "forgot" to place the order for the part so I had to wait another week to get it fixed and it was CLEARLY cheap aftermarket 3rd party, the logo wasn't properly centered and it had a like "transparent" layer to it, which the original phone is NOT supposed to have.
All around cheap parts, poor management, and terrible quality. Their Walmart team refused to even look at it again when I called in.
Do NOT go here for any parts
AND FYI True Tone will not work as well as some other USEFUL iPhone features if you get a cheap phone screen (Easiest repair to do) from a place like this. There are some good aftermarket places that aren't apple authorized, and I'm a huge right to repair advocate, but this company absolutely is atrocious and I would NEVER recommend or advise anyone to get work here.

I called Ifix and repair 1 hour before I needed to bring my son’s new gaming system that I bought for his birthday to see if they could put a Rick & Morty decal wrap on it. They said if I could bring it in before 7 pm they could not only do it but they would do it for free if I would write them a good review. It only took them 10 minutes to finish the job. I love it! They did a great job! I highly recommend them for any work you may need.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a store. I payed 300 to get my tablet fixed and I arrive a week later and the tablet still doesn't work but the screen is fixed and worker implies that the tablet is just dead he then charges the tablet just for it to still be broke. Then proceeds to want me to pay 100 more dollars for him to fix it the way he was supposed to the first time. Asked for corporates number and he calls their 2nd store in the mall as if he's corporate to back up his decision and as I am inquiring about my tablet another man walks in distraught about paying 200 for his phone which was still in pieces when he arrive...Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a store.
