I needed a port repaired for my phone and the man working their was an absolute stellar help. 20 minutes, in and out. I was the first customer of the day so give them a little leeway otherwise. Definitely worth the cost to be able to retain all my photos and videos.
I took my iPad here to get the screen fixed, and now it won’t charge at all. Before bringing it in, my iPad charged perfectly fine. After they replaced the screen, it wouldn’t charge and the screen wasn’t even fully fitted in. I waited over an hour and a half in the store trying to get it to charge, and when I brought it back, Amin didn’t even try to look at it or check what might be wrong. He just kept saying he “only fixed the screen” and that it had nothing to do with the battery or charging port. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Incorrect information, you call a specific location and ask if they have a specific charging port, the gentleman then says, “ Yes we have it” I then ask again and he replies yes. I tell him, “ Ok thank you, I will see you shortly.” Then you arrive and they don’t have it. The gentleman that’s actually inside “The Store” not the one who answered the phone, calls the First Gentleman I spoke with, then that same gentleman says, “Oh we have it, but it’s at another store.” WTH? Wouldn’t you have said that when I told you I was coming to see you? Bad business, I’m not driving to to a different location and giving them my money after that.
