Broke my iPhone 15 screen and stopped in to have replaced. The young woman who helped explain options and different grades of screen was very helpful and she started repair immediately and was finished in less than 30 minutes. So far one day after fix everything is working great. For under $200 can’t beat the price of new screen vs buying a whole new phone at over a thousand $.
I got my phone fixed there about a week ago and immediately started to see some issues but didn't really say anything, because at least my phone was fixed. However, 2 days ago, my phone started glitching really bad and the lighting was really off, and it's to the point where I can't even see what's on my phone screen anymore and that didn't happen before I got it fixed. So pretty much. I just paid to have my phone ruined. Do do not go there. The quality of their services are not good and they will ruin your phone. I went back there to talk to the person who worked on my phone and told her about all the things that were happening and she comp... I got my phone fixed there about a week ago and immediately started to see some issues but didn't really say anything, because at least my phone was fixed. So pretty much. I just paid to have my phone ruined. Do do not go there. The quality of their services are not good and they will ruin your phone. I went back there to talk to the person who worked on my phone and told her about all the things that were happening and she completely brushed it off and blamed it on me even though none of this was happening before I got it fixed. so I'm pretty much just gonna have to buy an entirely new phone. This also wasn't the first time that it happened.My cousin had also gone to the same place and the same thing happened to him.
I dropped my phone in snow and the charger port was broken so i decided to give this place a chance so me and my mom go up there mind you my mother told me to get a new phone but I had hope for this place I go up and pay for the charger port and it cost 100$💀 so not only that they had my phone for days and when I went to check on it they gave it back to me for like 2 days because we used a wireless charger and the speaker and the SIM card reader was broken from then btw so we go back up there to get it completely fixed and they said they would have it fixed by Monday and they did but they had my phone for a week and a weekend before that th... Came in yesterday with a destroyed screen on my ipad and they put on another and it was ready the next day with an add bonus of a screen protector. I highly recommend them for any phone or ipad issues.
