I had a great experience here. I came in after having issues with my phone and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest about what needed to be done. They replaced my battery and camera and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. The service was fast, the price was fair, and they treated me with respect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs.

DO NOT SHOP here nor get ANY REPAIRS!!! I sent in my MacBook for repair from water damage. They informed me it could be repaired. They quoted a price and I paid a deposit. Later on they stated they were waiting a on part in order to complete the repair. I waited and never heard from them. Went in several times for an update and was told multiple times they were waiting on a part to complete the repair. I still don’t hear from them, and then I forget to follow up. I go in and they state they cannot locate my computer. They state they will look for it and reach back out. I don’t hear from anyone again. My daughter dropped her MacBook Pro off to get the battery replaced. We went to pick up her laptop a couple of days later and they said it would take a while for the battery to charge. We took the laptop home and my daughter charged her computer for 4 hours and as before, once she unplugged it, the battery depleted quickly. It was as if they didn’t repair it at all.
When we took it back the next day, we were told the new battery was defective and they would get her another one. Another week goes by and we go back to get her laptop. The worker explained that during the repair process he damaged the motherboard, so now the keyboard and mousepa...My daughter dropped her MacBook Pro off to get the battery replaced. The worker explained that during the repair process he damaged the motherboard, so now the keyboard and mousepad do not work. They then said they needed more time to fix the mistake they created.
Another week goes by and they claim that they are sending the laptop elsewhere to get repaired. We received no calls with updates during this time. We had to go out of our way to call for updates over a 2 week span that the laptop was “out for repair”. After calling for the umpteenth time yesterday They told us the laptop was back in the store, they put her old battery back in her computer and they said there was nothing they could do.
A simple battery replacement took almost an entire month (dropped off Dec 22, picked up (still broken) Jan 18.
Today when we picked up the laptop we were told we could not receive a full $250 refund and would only get $225 because of a “$25 diagnostic fee.”
We essentially paid for them to ruin the laptop. She’s at home now trying to turn her computer on and it’s a dud.
I regret bringing my daughter’s computer here. Before we dropped the computer off it was working fine, the battery just wouldn’t hold a charge. She dropped it off to get the battery replaced and now she can’t even turn the computer on. This company showed no compassion for the damage done. Now I have to hustle to get my daughter another computer before she goes back to school in a few days.
