LIE 1: "GPS and microphone- tested in front you and verified working properly" NEVER HAPPENED, NEVER THOSE THINGS GOT TESTED IN FRONT OF ME (CHECK WITH YOUR ACTUAL EMPLOYEE JOSEPHINE IF YOU DON T BELIEVE ME
LIE 2: "At the time of purchase I confirmed it was working perfectly" ABSOLUTELY NO, SINCE ISSUES LIKE MICROPHONE AND GPS CANNOT BE TESTED UNTIL THEY RE ACTUALLY USED, NOT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

Professional Scammer sold me an iphone infested with issues. Brought it back, "repaired" but still gps and microphone not working. He wouldn t take it back, I could only sell it back to him. Sold it back to him after 1 month and half and gave me only 140$ after He sold it to me for 500$

I ADVICE DONT BRING ANY DEVICES HERE .
I had to bring my iPhone back 3 times because it wasn’t fixed correctly . Then when I Finially come pick up my phone a month or so later I ask for discount due to the fact it wasn’t done correctly the first time and then on the pick up it’s “ok let me fix your screen” like ummmm the screen was previously fixed … so why would it had to be fixed again. Now I paid $160 dollars and have other life issues to handle!
By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . The worst ! I would never return ! My time is being procrastinated knowing I have another store to run to and it takes way to long even on the pick up. I’ve wo...I ADVICE DONT BRING ANY DEVICES HERE .

Absolutely HORRIBLE spot. First of all they NEVER, EVER answer the phone.
Secondly the girl at the desk is VERY RUDE. Never greets customers and barely acknowledges their existence. Poor customer service.
Next, I had to come back 3 TIMES because the screen brightness would not work. They replaced it, then the camera was not working and then finally they claimed it was water damaged for it to be totally untrue and they retracted their statement.
Alex the owner is very RUDE and a liar. I would never go to this place. He claims if you buy a screen protector from him the screen is a life time warranty. He takes your money and is gone.

The whole place is garbage. He’s very rude and dismissive and so are his workers.
Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place where you can actually fix your phone and get treated decently.
If I can give negative stars I would.
