I made an appointment to have my furnace maintenance done, as they were running a special. However, the tech that came out basically told me all the things that were wrong with my furnace, and told me I needed a new indoor outdoor unit. That’s fine, I can accept that. Where the problem comes in, is I asked the tech if this was going to be a soft pull or a hard inquiry. He stated it would just be a soft pull. As soon as he checked it, my phone popped up immediately as a hard inquiry. I’m frustrated, because I feel as though he knew that was gonna become a hard inquiry, but just wanted to make a sale. I had five companies look at my job and none of them wanted to do the job. The next company I called was Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling. Not only did they bid and accept the job, I was impressed with this company from the first phone call to job completion. I am so satisfied with the quality of their work, their expertise, attention to detail, how professional they were on the job, as well as their honesty and integrity.
