We had a mini split system installed by Ideal Mechanical and Silas was an absolute pleasure to work with. Working alone on the first day, he was very efficient and professional in his manner and very thorough in his work. He even took time to pay attention to our golden retriever. The 2nd day, Silas, Jake and one other (sorry didn’t get his name) showed up to complete the job. Again all were very professional and the work was done quickly and finished as promised.
