Squeezed me when I was in a pinch for time. Needed a whole windshield replacement. Very nice office staff (didn't speak to any of the installers). Will return if I need to. Will recommend. (Hopefully I never need a windshield replaced again).
My car got broken into, called Ideal and they were able to get me in the next day for a replacement. Quick and easy! Cheryl and the rest of the staff are the best!
Ideal Glass is great! We had some windows vandalized overnight. After another company’s failure to get an installer to our business when promised, Ideal Glass stepped up and delivered. They got a repairman out to our office the same day to fix the windows. There office person and repairman was very nice and professional. Great Job!
We want to thank Cheryl, Paul, Chris and entire staff at Ideal Glass for bending over backwards to get us in to have our large over-the-cab windshield replaced in our motorhome, while on a 6wk road trip. They allowed us to spend the night in the RV, in their parking lot and had us back on the road the next morning. The entire process went off without a hitch. It’s evident they are true professionals, know their stuff and take pride in their work. Thank you Ideal Glass for having us back on the road so quick.
