Fence is only six years old. Recently my neighbor where the fence abuts removed the soil and it exposed rotted fence posts. The wood was set directly into the concrete (which should not be done). When questioned we were told by Ideal "that's the way we've done it for 40 years" and they refuse to make it right. So beware of this company. They do sloppy work and don't stand by their work.

Ideal Fence did a superb and professional job installing a large custom cedar privacy fence in our large back yard with very uneven, terraced slope. Eddie gave me a detailed estimate and timeline and was very communicative and easy to deal with. We were actually able to get it installed earlier than anticipated. I didn't use the other company because of their poor service. When I called Ideal, they promptly sent someone (Eddy) to look at the fence. He sent a proposal (a reasonable proposal) quickly and when I hired them, they got the job done within the next day or two. Worked with Ideal fence now twice, they’ve created a new gate and stabilized old fencing, they custom designed the work so it looked to seamlessly fit in. Responsive, reasonable and quality work.
