Wasn’t sure what to expect, but Ideal Appliance Guys really came through. Our washer stopped mid-cycle and flooded the laundry room — they handled it fast and didn’t overcharge. Boston definitely needs more companies like this.

Not an actual repair service - they connect you to a local provider with no guarantee of quality of service. No actual person to help you track down the provider they connect you with if something goes wrong. Do not recommend.

The air cooler had multiple problems—electric shocks, no cooling, and a bad odor. The technicians inspected and repaired it quickly and professionally. I’m very satisfied with their service and strongly recommend them.

Nothing ideal about them. Strung me along for a couple weeks and said parts for a stove were coming in, and then the day they were supposed to come in I get a call (near the end of business day so I can’t even call another company) that the parts are back ordered and they won’t do the repair. Not even waiting for the parts, they simply won’t do it. I would have gone somewhere else an entire week earlier. The kitchen was constantly a mess because my dishwasher had entirely stopped operating, its door was broken, and there was a lot of water leakage. They quickly resolved the issue after I called them. My dishwasher is operating flawlessly now. Appliance Repair, thank you!

The washing machine had been off-balance and loud for weeks. I kept adjusting the load and hoping. Finally called and the appliance repair technician found a worn suspension rod set that I never would've identified myself. Glad I stopped guessing and picked up the phone.

Gas stove started smelling faintly off and I wasn't taking chances. They got someone out quickly, which told me a lot about how they operate. The repairman pressure tested the lines, checked every connection, and didn't leave until he was sure everything was safe. That kind of thoroughness on a gas issue matters.
