We joined the ICE Heating and Cooling membership program when they cleaned our ducts over a year ago. I have received excellent customer service with every interaction! First, it’s very convenient to communicate with them via text!! Each person has been kind, professional, and accommodating. Also, when I was confused and unsure about services we received, I was delighted to find that they keep very thorough, detailed records of each technician’s visit. It was great to have documentation available to refer back to. Most importantly, I am extremely impressed by the manner in which they addressed my concerns. Sometimes, mistakes happen or thing... Sometimes, mistakes happen or things are missed - we are human. What matters most is how they are handled. As soon as the manager, Brian, became aware that part of the job wasn’t completed to their standard, he took responsibility and wanted to make it right. The technician who came out after that, Zach, was awesome. He was very patient with my questions, did very good work, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. Honesty and accountability make ICE Heating & Cooling stand out from the rest. We are continuing our membership, and will be requesting Zach in the future!
