The reason given was that their time “isn’t free.”

UPDATE: Went to them for some computer stuff. Their service was decently quick and they even absorbed some unexpected costs. Big fan of them, will continue to use them for electronics repair stuff

I was a computer programmer for years. Had a laptop that we were losing all the data on. I had tried everything. Went to Hyperion and needed out with the guy there and told him what I did. He called me a couple hours later, said he was able to skip all the stuff I tried and found a solution and was copying all my files off. They did a great job and saved the day!

The techs are very helpful and kind. Thankfully, they were able to recover the files and restore the laptop back to working order. I'm going to bring my desktop top in to have it cleaned up so it runs faster. The price and turnaround time were very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
