Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Had my dishwasher working in a matter of minutes and explained the issue with both dishwasher and refrigerator in terms I could understand. Alex(the technicion) helped me make the most cost effective decision... grateful for your expertise Alex, thank you so much!
These guys were awesome. I had them take a look at my combo washer/dryer, and it turned out the previous owners left me a few unexpected “gifts” inside, hidden issues I would’ve never found on my own. Hydra diagnosed the problems quickly, replaced the control board, and fixed the door lock. Now the machine runs like it’s supposed to. Really appreciate the honest work and communication throughout. Would definitely call them again!
Our LG refrigerator was giving us trouble, but Hydra Appliance Repair diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and got it fixed quickly. Everything is working great now — very happy with the service.
Our Viking dishwasher started giving us trouble and wasn’t cleaning properly. Alex from Hydra Appliance Repair came out the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it repaired on the spot. Fast, professional, and honest service — highly recommend Hydra Appliance Repair in Portland for Viking and other high-end appliance repairs.
