While Adam was very polite, I tried to seek help with a laptop repair and was completely ghosted. I reached out via email multiple times to follow up after coming in for a diagnostic test, after which he said he would look for parts, and never received a response.
Dakota was quick to answer my messages, very friendly, and also quick to assess the damage of my laptop, it was a big help after going through the frustration of losing the laptop to a power surge. Definitely will be keeping this place in mind as my go-to local repair shop.
