Apparently there was a break down in communication. The office misunderstood what I wanted, so when the technicians came they had the wrong information. At that point, I just asked them to leave so that I would not be charged. Their service might be good. However, I have no intentions of calling them again.

Francisco did a great job with our plumbing problem. Highly recommended.

The technician was over an hour late. He arrived, tapped the water heater, but didn't check anything else. Then, he said we needed a new water heater. My husband asked if he was going to check the water heater again, but the technician refused. The technicians insisted the water heater needed replacing. This was my first time using this company. I reached out again for an estimated time of arrival, but received no response to my second message. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Francisco was wonderful! He was patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I wanted to watch and learn while he fixed our problem. He had zero complaints. I found the process to be smooth, informative which resulted in a quick resolution. I plan on calling them again w any future needs.
