Shane was awesome! He was punctual and was able to fix my Bertazzoni oven quickly.

They did a warranty repair for a Bosch fridge, used them as they were in the area and on the Bosch list. Repair went fine but they have tried to get me to pay for the warranty repair for a week now, that they would prefer I pay and get reimbursed. Bosch said that they gave them the auth number, and confirmed that is never how it works and that asking me to pay and get reimbursed was very shady, and still harping on me to pay a week later after Bosch already reimbursed them.....I would watch out for this place

Wow! A company that is owned by a family, with phone answered by a person, with knowledgeable staff. I didn’t know there were any left!! Our new Bosch dishwasher wouldn’t work. Frustrating. Bosch contracts with Huff. The Huff repair person came the next day (!) and eventually found the cause: Home Depot installers had left with a hose deep inside that was kinked, so very little hot water could get through. Problem solved. These people know what they are doing!

Fergusen appliance sent them out and they never gave the needed information back to Fergusen which is holding up returning my very expensive problematic thermador oven.

I have no idea why the overall rating isn't higher. Huff Appliances were quick and fair in fixing my Dacor range. There corporate competitor proved incompetent and quoted me much higher, to include fixing a part that wasn't broken.

Above and beyond the call of duty. My blue Star stove caught fire. Huff initially came out to assess. I was issued a replacement. Blue Star was unable to find a company to do the install, so Huff appliance installed my stove, even though that’s not what they normally do. When the stove was delivered the transport company left it at the end of my driveway. When I called Huff in tears, they literally dropped everything understanding the scope of my stove being left at the curb, then they rerouted their technician immediately, and made it happen.
