I had an incredibly positive experience with H&S Plumbing. I reached out during a high-urgency leak situation, and they responded immediately with professionalism, calm, and expertise. The team arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had the leak fully resolved before things had a chance to escalate.
What really impressed me was their follow-through. They returned shortly after to complete the less-urgent work and treated it with just as much care and attention as the emergency repair. While they were on site, they even identified a couple of small items that could turn into future problems and took care of them on the spot – no...I had an incredibly positive experience with H&S Plumbing. Her leadership clearly comes through in how well the entire team takes care of their customers.

I called H&S after discovering my water heater went out after 16 years 😬 They got us in the schedule immediately and went above and beyond to make it happen. Our water heater is hidden behind a wall that you have to remove AFTER removing the toilet nearby first. I also learned he drove 3 hrs just to get the unit we needed that same day. Thankful to have been referred to David and his team.

David and company completed a re-pipe of my condo in Hampstead in May 2024. Their work was on schedule and very professional. Even though they opened up the walls you would never have known that happened when they finished. Smooth finish and the paint matched perfectly. I am now under contract to sell it and the home inspector noted a couple of plumbing issues on his report. I contacted Dave and he came right over and quickly resolved the problem.
