Fernando did a great job. Courteous and professional. This was a challenging repair being a stackable washer/dryer in a tight space. I highly recommend him.

I had purchased a new dishwasher to upgrade the older model I had in my kitchen. I spoke to Fernando. He told me he could install it the same day, provided a price and time when to expect him. He arrived at my home, did an assessment and quickly uninstalled the old dishwasher. He was neat and immensely efficient. He handled the new dishwasher with care, wasted no time, and once it was fully installed he did a test run to ensure it was working properly. He cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Fernando, he did an excellent job. I would definitely call on him again.

Called Houston Home Appliance Repair this morning when my washer stopped working. Sent them a picture of the model number and told them about my issue. They came out quickly and turned out I needed a new control panel. They had the part needed and fixed it right away. Fernando and his son were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair needs.

I had issues with my washer as it was bumping and knocking in the spin cycle. Fernando diagnosed it immediately and replaced the suspension rods the same day! Great service!

Fernando did an amazing job fixing my refrigerator! I learned from a different appliance repair company that the compressor was broken, but they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. I called around to get a few more quotes and Fernando with Houston Home Appliance Repair gave me the best price by far. He ordered the part and showed up the next day to fix it. He was very professional and courteous and took his time explaining the problem, showing me the new part and that it was exactly the same as the part he was replacing and waited around for an extra 30 minutes after he fixed it just to make sure everything was working correctly. The repair shop I normally utilize informed me my Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator freezer has an LG motor; and they could not work on it. In fact most repair centers will not work on LG appliances. The freezer drain was not draining and when I took the back off the refrigerator there was no water in the drain or tray from my bottom freezer. I read the five star reviews on this repair center and decided to make contact. Fernando stated he could come later in the afternoon.
