I plan to use Houston Groutsmith again in the future! They showed up on time, stuck to the agreed upon work, and have easy quotes through photos. Thank you for your help, I waited the five days to use the shower and it already seems more mold resistant. The color match is also great.
Craig performed a loose tile repair for me and did a great job. When talking to him, it is clear that he is very knowledgeable in how to repair tile floors. He has even developed a proprietary repair glue.
We had such a great experience with Houston Groutsmith. They did a wonderful job with cleaning, refreshing, and resealing our two showers. Our master shower is large with lots of tiled walls, tall glass panels and door, and a rock pebble floor with lots of grout. Our guest shower is also a stand up shower with lots of tile. Craig is very kind, hard working, professional, punctual, and patient - he did an amazing job on both showers, made our rock pebble floor look like new, addressed any concerns we had, and even kindly repaired a small crack in a tile by our front door.
