The person doing estimate claim he could not find house so he went to another job and they expected me to wait after already waiting an hour with no phone call of status. Very unprofessional The girl who answered phone when I called tried to lie to cover it all

They came out to my house and measured and told me the cost and said I needed half down and it was going to take a little longer because of the COVID but I’m ok with that, so far so good, late September now I still don’t have the Gates, I don’t believe it their fault because I called and asked when will they be installed and he told me, that they don’t have help and materials was coming in , today I talked to them and he said sometime this week

We had them install our railing for a patio. Did not pass city inspection. They will not come out to fix the problem. They told me that they knew how to do their job better than I did.

Depressionship, installers were friendly and on time. I recommend house of iron for your project
