He put in the extra time and effort to make sure not only was the job done! But, that I was satisfied before he went home. Hope Plumbing is great. We have a membership with them so as soon as the basement flooded, I knew we would be in good hands. Despite the snowstorm, they came out to help us. The techs, Elijah and Alex, were able to get the diagnostics going right away and jump into our rescue. They were very upfront about options, pricing, financing options, etc. they went over our membership benefits, and benefit discounts and we were able to figure out a plan for them to fix the problem. Everything is working great now. They helped us with homeowners insurance people and contacts for the clean up and gave us recommendations for going forward. We are l...Hope Plumbing is great. Jeff Ham (service technician) came to our house today and we had a great experience. He was able to come out the same day we called, which we really appreciated. Jeff was super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave us lots of different options to choose from so we could decide what worked best for us. One thing we really noticed was how careful he was in our house. He kept putting his boot covers on and taking them off as needed so he didn’t track anything through the house, which we really appreciated. Overall, Jeff did an awesome job.
