I was quoted an astronomical price on an AC unit. Hooper quoted me a fair price that was thousands less. I went with Hooper and they installed my new AC unit and I now have a service contract with them. Johnnie also found and remedied an issue on one of my existing AC units when he was here on my annual visit. I feel like they are knowledgeable and trustworthy and aren’t trying to sell me on extra things. I also like that they retain their technicians.
