Would recommend going to Solitare Jewlers or a brick and mortar before you EVER GO HERE. business short on funds and had a hair in a sub that was sold to me turned around sold it right back. If they want to say different please do. I don’t have excuses. I just know a good business the fact that brick and orders have better reviews than a place that sells high-end watches. Do a favor for yourself go somewhere else or Facebook market or keep trying the AD. I’ve sold a couple watches to them, but would never buy another one. They’re completely busted.

I found this place after having a horrible experience at a other shop that "fixed" my watch. Just walking in you feel reassured, they took there time addressed my concerns and did a phenomenal repair. Since then I've taken two more of my amd my partners watches in and all have been taken care of. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, upfront with repair costs which is refreshing. This will be my only shop to take mine and my partners watches to from now on.

David is one of the best in the business. He is kind, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His pricing is some of the best in the market and often the lowest for examples that are in better condition or unpolished or even NOS. I highly recommend Honolulu Time, don't hesitate. Trustworthy dealers who also have brick and mortars are hard to find.

I bought two watches (Rolex and Vacheron) from Honolulu Time last week, and I'm completely happy with every aspect of my purchases. They have a nice selection of both modern and vintage watches at very fair prices, and they do a great job of keeping their website up to date with their current inventory. You may not want to wait months or years for a hard to get model from a local boutique, so do yourself a favor and go see David. He's very knowledgable, and he usually has an excellent inventory, especially if you're in the market for a Rolex.
