I am very satisfied with the service. From the first day I went to the store. I was Informed the total process from start to finish. It went just as they had informed me. No surprises. The crew that came to do job arrived on time. And started to work immediately, were polite , cleaned up everything, answered all my questions,. They did I great job! I will be using this company again in the spring.
We couldn’t be happier with Honest Fred’s Flooring. They carpeted our family room, bathroom, laundry, back steps, pantry, and upstairs hallway. Leah was very helpful and fun. She definitely helped with our decision. The carpet is beautiful and top quality!!! The delivery was prompt (within 2 weeks) even with the binding that needed to be done. The installers, Keith and AJ were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
Absolutely wonderful. Mike was extremely helpful and quick to respond and schedule with. Installation was done within a few hours. Our new carpet looks and feels amazing! Highly recommend
Your team which consisted of a father/son/daughter and a talented young man entered our home RIGHT ON TIME. I asked them to remove shoes on our carpet in front of door which they did immediately. I said it's on your worksheet. The father said very politely we will have to have them on when we do the carpet. They all worked non stop. No breaks. I offered water bottles but the dad said " thank you for offering,but we have all we need in our truck." We had drop cloths all over our floor because it was hard wood. That is something you could address with them for future installations. Moving furniture and repositioning it when done, the ca... We are happy with our flooring. The installation team did a good job. However, I was disappointed with the communication with Honest Fred's. They didn't let us know when the flooring was in. We had to call and ask. Then it took quite awhile for the installation to be scheduled. Then the install team arrived 45 minutes early and acted like they weren't going to wait very long when no one answered the door. They also installed a piece of quarter round that blocked a closet door from opening that we had to fix. Based on what we paid for this flooring, I expected better.
