While in Elgin, my vehicle tire light came on and we stopped here where the staff literally stopped what they were doing to help me. He was very attentive to details. Although they didn't have my tires in stock the filled my ties with as much air as possible to get me to another tire shop. At no charge at all!Now a days this is very rare! Great services. So much appreciated. Good to know there are still some good business.
They are always good to me and let me know how to space repairs with safety in mind. They help apply appropriate current coupons too. I hate spending money but the experience has always been pleasant with EVERY employee there despite! And the cookies? Nice touch! Amending my 5 star review due to a couple of unsatisfactory experiences with the front desk 1- in June 2024, I got a big service done here, cost me around a grand. One of the services was recommended as critical by the front desk person to the extent that they would get it done on their car immediately if it happened to them. So I believed him and gave the go ahead. Happened to speak with the mechanic who worked on my car while picking it up and he said that particular fix could’ve waited another 4-5 months because the component wasn’t fully worn out. I was disappointed because i would’ve preferred staggering out the service to reduce the co... Mid-2025 the front desk guy tells me one of the tires has some kind of bruising on the side wall and I should replace the entire tire. I was surprised because they were new tires and I’m not a rash driver, but he highly recommended I replace it and gave me his quote for the service. I didn’t go ahead and instead went to Honda for the next service and specifically asked them about the tires, they said no issue. Today I’m coming back from another service from Honda and they specially did tire rotation and said nothing’s wrong with the tires. So now I’ve lost all confidence with the front desk’s recommendations. I gave a 5-star review previously because I really liked the service and but now I feel I was taken advantage of as a layman who doesn’t understand cars. Just wanted to let you guys know. Thanks.
Miles is always so professional with a friendly demeanor! Whenever we have car troubles we don't stress because we know our car will be well taken care in a timely manner. Javier is also super friendly! Definitely will continue coming here!
My experience with the knowledgeable service writers and experienced service crew in the back was amazing. They were fair priced, offered financing if needed, and were quick getting my car fixed. Highly recommend you go see Brad or Miles for all your car care needs.
